Executive ChefWith over a decade of culinary experience, Chef Jerard leads our Back of House with skill, creativity, and care. His journey began in the corporate kitchens of JOEY Restaurant Group, later honing his craft under Chef Jordan Cooper and Chef Jamie Casady at Kirkland’s acclaimed DERU Market and Little Brother. He brings a rare blend of knowledge, humility, passion, and play to every dish that leaves our kitchen.
Bradley Anderson
A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 25 years of experience, Bradley leads the Front of House and operations at House of Eve and Eva’s Cafe + Bar.
His time with Tutta Bella and John Howie refined his intuitive sense for service, leadership, and the guest experience.
Known for his precision and warmth, Bradley ensures every detail reflects the care and excellence our space is built on.
